(To save on merchant fees and provide quickest payment verification, we prefer payments by Etransfer to the email listed below.)
These are our current fees for Parking an Alberta Real Estate License:
Annual Renewal of RECA license parking fee Oct 1, 2024 – Sept 30, 2025: $588 (plus G.S.T.) = $617.40
We exclusively offer ONLY annual license parking in sync with the Real Estate Council of Alberta licensing year and bill accordingly.
We do offer pro-rated renewal at a reduced fee after the mid point of the license year only.

Our preference is for all Agents to renew on an annual basis paid by etransfer to the email address above, however we also accept other forms of payment via Paypal at the link below. The total amounts including mandatory federal G.S.T.
