These are our current fees for Parking an Alberta Real Estate License:
2026 Renewal of RECA license parking fee from: Oct 1, 2026 to Sept 30, 2027: $588 (plus G.S.T.) = $617.40
We offer Annual Alberta Real Estate License Parking (in sync with the Real Estate Council of Alberta licensing year). We charge no additional monthly fees, office fees, board fees, etc. The only additional fee we ever charge our Agents is $89 + G.S.T. each time we process a referral payment to them! This currently makes us the simplest and cheapest specialty real estate license parking Brokerage in Alberta.

Our preference is for all Agents to pay their renewal fee by etransfer to the email address above, however we also accept other forms of payment via Paypal at the link below. The total amount includes mandatory G.S.T. The fee is discounted to $617.40 ONLY for those who pay annually. MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY PAYMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED
